It's been an awesome week home so far. We are taking the kiddos bowling tonight. I've been on a keto/paleo diet for the past 3 weeks and haven't cheated once (the beer I drank was even low carb). Feeling great and energetic from it. And...I got a Shaq LSU auto in the collection now.

Derek nice Shaq card. After I have my second heart procuder done I'll be able to exercise again and then I can kick my diet in to full gear so I can get rid of my spare tire around my middle.

I've been on keto since April. Lost 40 pounds but I've just been maintaining for the last 6 months. I feel so much better on this diet but need to get back on track and cut down the calories. Have been thinking of combining intermittent fasting with it

I can't do the diet because I'm on both High blood pressure and even Metformin for blood sugar
